- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We moved to Little Rock 2 years ago and have been with this agent since that point. We are not ones to make claims unless absolutely needed. Upon purchasing our home here, our water heater busted. It damaged the wood flooring throughout our kitchen and dining room. The floor buckled throughout creating a speed bump effect. First, I was encouraged to not make a claim. Secondly, the contact that we were working with was suddenly fired. A new person was handed our claim and then denied it. This spring a hail storm came through our neighborhood. Every one of our neighbors received a new roof due to the damage. Not surprisingly, Allstate - Matt Black did not find damage to our roof. Our roof is 13 years old, the same age as our neighbors' roofs. Every neighbor on every side of our house and down our street with similar aged roofs had their roofs replaced. I DO NOT recommend this agency or Allstate!!By April Lawless, October 22, 2016
